About us
Sederkem Pharmacy, founded by Johan Vermeulen in 1979, has been a vital part of Clanwilliam's rich history for 45 years. Nestled between the majestic Ceder Mountain range and the Olifants and Jan Dissel Rivers, Clanwilliam is known as the capital of the Rooibos Industry. Our pharmacy proudly serves the town and the wider citrus, fynbos, and potato farming communities.
Our dedicated team includes two pharmacists, one of whom is a PCDT pharmacist, and two pharmacist assistants. Together with the rest of our staff, we are committed to providing quality healthcare and personal care to both our new and long-standing customers.

Our Services
Local Delivery
We offer delivery services within the town area of Clanwilliam, Mondays to Fridays at 11:00 and again at 16:00.
Simply complete our order form and one of our friendly staff will respond to you via email.
Blister Packaging
For your convenience you can now order your medication in blister packs, instead of receiving multiple medication containers, you can now request a blister pack that bundles your medication into daily dosage compartments.
Register for this service, or update your medication by downloading and completing the relevant forms and returning to us via email or in person.
Our Clinic
Our well-established Primary Healthcare Clinic is staffed by two highly skilled Professional Nurses, Sisters Marianna van den Heever and Loami Simpson, alongside our dedicated Receptionist, Daphne Darvall.
We proudly serve our community by offering a range of services, including a Well Baby Clinic with immunizations, Medical Aid Health Assessments, Occupational Health and Safety services, and PDP Health Assessments.
